EQUIPMENT FEATURES
Thermaline Inc. Aseptic
Processing Systems are completely pre-piped
and wired. The skids are constructed from stainless steel structural square
tubing with leveling feet on each skid. All of the system's interconnecting
piping and wiring is fabricated and connected at the Thermaline manufacturing
facility. Full system assembly and testing is then performed at Thermaline prior
to
shipment. On disassembly all piping and wiring is clearly marked
for reassembly in the customer’s facility. Thermaline Inc. provides system
prints, reassembly prints, operation, and service manuals for each system.
Thermaline
Inc. Aseptic Processing Systems come complete with all components necessary for
operation including valves, pumps, steam to water Hot-set, gauges, thermometers,
stainless steel UL Listed control panel, motor starters, and pneumatic
components. The customer, after setting and leveling equipment, must only provide
utility services such as electrical power, steam service, compressed air,
cooling or ice water, and potable water to the skids.
Sanitary
piping requirements by the customer are raw product to the system, a return
line back to the source tank, supply to and from the filler, and
drain lines.

Installation Ready Systems offer a savings in both cost and time to the
customer. Pre-fabricated components save costly in plant installation costs by
out side contractors and eliminates the need for manufacturer supervision
until start up. With little reassembly time required the system can be
operational soon after arrival at the customers facility. Delivery of
Thermaline Inc. equipment from the time the order is placed until shipment
of the equipment is among the most expedient in the industry.
Thermaline
Inc. Aseptic UHT Processors are manufactured to comply with 3-A, USDA, and FDA
regulations and conform to applicable requirements of 21 CFR 113 standards.
