The embossed pattern of the Thermaline heat transfer plate promotes high turbulence at low fluid velocities. The high turbulence and uniform flow reduces product fouling and benefits cleaning in place.

GASKETS:
The glue-less gasket system makes it possible to re-gasket plate pack without removing plates from the frame and thus minimizes downtime. Gasket groove is based on a large cross sectional gasket area (gasket volume). This provides the ability to contain the gasket within the gasket groove under high pressure operating conditions. It also provides adequate room for gasket compression. This allows longer gasket life and reusability.
