Sanitary Tiebolt Frames
Thermaline offers a durable tie-bolt style frame line with a focus on sanitary design, simplicity, and dependability. Most frames are precision machined from solid 300 series stainless steel. High pressure frames are carbon steel clad with 300 series stainless steel and seal welded. We also offer an economical epoxy-painted carbon steel option.
■ Available in PMO high port
■ 304L, 316L, Incolloy, AL-6XN or Titanium product contact surfaces available
■ Sanitary S-line, I-line, NPT, or flange connections
■ Available port connections: "S" Line, "I" Line, NPT, Flange or DIN fittings
■ All frames meet or exceed FDA and 3A requirements
■ All models feature Thermaclip Adhesiveless gaskets
■ 150 lb. standard operating pressure (higher pressure models available upon request)

T4 & T8 MST Style Tie Bolt Frames

MST frame has removable bottom bracket that can be positioned onto either side of the frame to wall mount, or onto top of frame to ceiling mount. T4 and T8 are also available in the "AL" free standing style frame, with bolt down tabs, or sanitary adjustable feet.

T13AL and T13ALI Tie Bolt Frames

AL is standard height frame and the ALI is a "Hi Leg" frame
that meets PMO, FDA minimum port height.
