HygenX Series Heat Exchangers

Smooth Wall Tube
Standard smooth wall tubes are offered in a variety of materials & polishes. The I.D. of the tube is available in mill finish, 3-A, 32 RA polish or Electro polish. Smooth tubes come either welded or seamless.

Corrugated Tube
The heat exchanger surface can be shaped into turbulence-inducing, alternating parallel grooves and ridges to increase heat transfer efficiency. Inducing turbulent flow results in less total surface area required to achieve the desired thermal results. Turbulent
flow promotes thorough mixing of the product and even thermal disbursement without compromising product integrity.
